Default F22 blocks all the same?

Are all f22 blocks the same? In particular the Vtec one and non vtec one?

My friend blew up his F22B1 vtec and Ive got a spare F22B engine that I can give him. I know the heads are different but he is strictly concerned about the block.

Thanks in advance

yea its the same i blew my f22b1 and now i have a f22b2 block. All u have to do is take the oil pin out so vtec will work for the f22b1 head.

Thanks in advance</TD></TR></TABLE>Assuming you are talking about b1 and b2 blocks and not b1 vs JDM f22b DOHC, then the posted info is correct.
