Samco intake arm with Icebox?
How well does the Samco intake arm fit with a Comptech icebox?
I bought a car a while back with an AEM CAI and I sold the AEM, so now I have no intake whatsoever.
Would I be better off getting an OEM piece if I'm using the icebox?
I *might* get a Mugen intake later, but just to get it running = icebox.

Aside from the cosmetic improvement, I don't think the benefits of the Samco arm will justify the added expense over the stock piece. In my opinion, you would be better served by using the money to purchase a good filter to pair with the Icebox.
I run the Icebox/K&N e2427 filter with a black Samco intake tube. The fit is fine, no issues. Does it really lower intake temps? Not sure about that. Sure looks cool though

If anyone has an extra (maybe slightly used) K&N, I'm looking for one

Okay? What does that have to do with fitment of the intake arm to the Comptech Icebox?
