I'm looking for advice from autocross and track racers who's had success racing their 3rd generation Integra's. I need help in determining the best suspension set up for a 1995 Integra 4dr LS. It will be Autocrossed and be on track a few times a year. Perhaps in a year or two I would like to fully prep the car for H1 or H2 Honda Challenge.

I intend to do a engine swap later on this year (likely a b20 or k20), however right now I would like to sort out the suspension first, then spend the rest of the summer being one with the car.

I do realize that each race course will require different set up; however I'm looking for the general direction and range of adjustment that has worked for you. Of course my objective is to achieve neutral handling.

Coilover - which brand has been proven to be successful on race track and on autocross? What spring rates worked for you in each application?

Front/Rear sway bars - which brand and what diameter works for you? What worked in autocross; and what works on race track?

What range of front/rear caster and camber should I experiment with? Autocross range and Race track range.

Tire pressure, same thing, what works in autocross and what works on track.

Bushings will be replaced as well and I'm assuming they are all similar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, but I am especially looking for help from those who has success racing their integra's.

... and no ... street racing testimonials don't count ... sorry.
