Red Sparco Star + Sparco Slider + DC2 rail. $300
This is a red recline able Sparco seat with sparco slider and DC2 rail.
$300 takes it
very little wear as it was only in my car for 3 months before I bought the s2000.

as requested here is a photo.
The seat is kinda dirty as it's been sitting in my basement for 3 years lol.
The bolsters are not faded grey it's just dust on the bolsters.
