dealer wants approx. 50$ for the hardware and 95 for the lip..... does anyone have a picture of the hardware because maybe i can find some cheaper somewhere else.

I would go to a pull apart and try and find some which in most times you can find an ex/si lip with most of the mounting hardware just a suggestion.

 

Go to a nut/bolt store (some place like Tacoma Screw). Ask for clip nuts or spring nuts. They look like a metal clip with a spring tensioner and a nut welded on. Then just get some bolts and washers that match the pitch. Should cost you around $15.

the hardware is $32.97......

and then add for shipping and the total is 159.89....... you let me down.

 

lol ya i just checked it out too, more than what i was quoted by mu local honda dealership.
