Are the stock valvesprings stiff enough for the Skunk2 pro stage ones?

 

Ooppss my bad i didnt read it carefully, nope Pro series you'll need stronger valvesprings.

no they are not.. the pro series are too aggressive. u need aftermarket valvesprings

 

What do you recommend?

 

if ur gonna get the skunk2 pro cams then why not get the skunk pro valvesprings along with it?

 

He's probably got a hookup on the ITR's.

the ITR's are stock.. they are too weak for the pro series

 

Don't get pro 1's JDM ITR Cams are way better than the Skunk2 Pro 1's. It is proven look for other posts but I posted a dyno n 3 ppl sayn how they wasted there money on them when the ITR's give out more power. And my good buddy is sponsored by Skunk2 and he got A few Pro 1's 2's n 3's for free n put them against the ITR's on the dyno n the 1's were horrible! Hopefully You didnt buy them already man! Good Luck...

Im not smoking **** I saw them do it n saw the dynos and have seen other dynos on H-T with the same comparison n looks u guys r the ones smokn some ****!

lol ur a dumbass.. the pro series cams is more aggressive than the OEM type R cams. ./ thread

so you're seriously telling me itr cams make more power than pro1's? ****, better tell the guys in the all motor forum to switch back to smaller cams if they want more power.

 

I've seen tons of dynos.... the pro 1's are more aggressive than stock ITR cams.

 

some one in the itr forum did the pro 1 comparison almost 10 whp gain, but dont know if that was with higher compression pistons.

wtf r u saying? how the *** does oem cams a little bigger then stock gsr cams make more power then skunk2 pro 1's when the vtec lobe/idle lobe are the size of the *****?
