tranny ?

ok i have a YS1 and i was looking to rebuild it but i do not know if it came from the 92-93 GSR or from a LS
is there a way to tell

Only way I can think of is to look at the gear sizes.

The GSR's first gear is 3.307
The LS's first gear is 3.166

I don't know if that helps. Because you have to actually take the tranny apart to know.
