Air compressor (2+ gallons), air line, line filter, clean room, Anest Iwata LPH 300 spray gun, primer gun, PPG primer, PPG dual stage clear, PPG base coat, primer with catalyst, lots of sand paper and some talent. Good luck. 
My recommendation is to get it painted professionally, unless you want to spend a few grand on tools.

ummm, if you gotta ask that question, you probly cant paint. let a professional handle it. you dont want some weak paint job bro......

i think you mean carbon fiber hoods.
Its a totally different hood that "looks black"

i'm 17 and i'll be getting a civic soon so i have no experience with modding cars whatsoever.
so if i'm to get a civic si coupe/sedan, where would i go to get carbon fiber hoods? ebay?
and i'd most likely be getting a white coupe.
