Under Bumper Scratched! Worth Fixing?
Today while parking I scratched underneath my bumper on a curb in front. After looking at it, it appears just the lower left and right got scratched but not noticeable from road level. Just when you look under. Is it worth fixing this or not? Also, does anyone know how much something like that would run to fix? Is touch up paint dumb down there? Thanks!
i have the same thing on my front bumper. i just left it alone...i claybarred it to take off any curb paint and im pretty happy the way it turned out.
dunno how much it would cost to fix it...maybe $100, cant imagine it being to expensive

got to Autozone or Advance autopart in your area and get the scrathes fix or something named similar to that. It's a complete scrath kit for yourself to fix scratch and paint chip. Also get the honda paint tube from them. They actually have Honda colors. I forgot how much it was, but shouldn't be more than 20 bucks for all that.

I did the same thing when I first got my car. There are several very small scratches on the right and left corner underneath. I just left it alone. Only time anyone is ever gonna see it is if they get on their hands and knees to look. I say don't worry about it.
I know but I feel so dumb that I did that. I just need to be more careful I guess. I got an estimate. They wanted $250. What a rip! I guess I can just live with it although it makes me so mad and sad

I wish I was good at repairs. Then I would fix it myself. They really are not bad since they are not noticeable but it still bugs that they are there
If a mobile repair would charge $250, what would the dealer charge? Or a real repair bodyshop place?

a new bumper is $260...</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yeah then you have to take it to a shop to get painted... Which they'll charge you labor and paint/materials, and the total would probably be around $350-$400.
