Default 2000 Ek hatch, b18c1, PERFECT DD, CLEAN!! 75k miles clean title!

I hate to do it, but I have to sell my baby. I'm trying to buy a house in 3 years and I need to pay off my student loans before then, so the car has to go.

This 2000 Civic DX has been DEAD RELIABLE the entire time I've owned it. It is great in the snow, handles amazing, and is really quick for a full weight hatch.

It's the last year of the easy swap hatches you can get, a 2000. It is also an original white car, which is sorta rare for 2000 model years.

It has a USDM B18C1 GSR motor and transmission that have 70k miles on them. The chassis has 75,000 miles. All the emissions equipment (except a cat) are on the car and functioning. The motor came from a 2000 Integra GSR, so this swap (with a cat) would be a completely CARB legal swap anwhere in the USA with very little effort.

The car has never been in any accidents that I am aware of, and the fender supports and rad support do not show any kind of such damage. The car has a 100% clean title.

The car was repainted a brilliant PPG white because the mouldings/emblems were shaved, and the kit added, leaving only the roof to spray, so the whole car was done. The car was originally frost white (I believe) from the factory.

Compression test yielded 221-225psi across the cylinders and it gets an amazing 30mpg MIXED driving.

The car has power windows and locks (through alarm), working power steering and air conditioning, rear defroster and wiper.

Mods:

MOTOR
---------------
-70k mile USDM b18c1 from 2000 Integra GSR
-Short ram intake with cone filter
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump (was planning on going turbo, but didn't get that far)
-Liquid Fuel Pressure gauge on fuel filter
-2.5" test pipe
-Apexi World Sport cat(test pipe)-back exhaust (nice and quiet) only 5,000 miles on it.

TRANSMISSION
---------------------------
-70k mile USDM GSR tranny. NO GRINDS
-70k mile USDM GSR shifter assembly with Skunk2 weighted shift **** and type-R boot
-12lb lightweight flywheel (less than 3k on it)
-6 puck sprung hub TS clutch w/1700lb pp(less than 3k on it). Good for 400+whp. Also will come with a brand new Exedy stage 1 full faced organic disc (30% stronger than stock)
-New TOB and fresh Honda MTF change

SUSPENSION
-----------------------
-Edelbrock IAS inverted shock coilovers. These have less than 4000 miles on them. These are, IMO, the best daily driver coilovers you can buy. The ride is NOT too harsh (like omni and skunk) but will still let you go low enough for a slight tuck all the way around. This is a quality piece, not ebay/chinese crap and cost about $1,000 for the set.
-17x7 Rev2 wheels. These are Volk Racing CP032 replicas, I believe. The only weigh 17lbs each, these are near mint.. only a few thousand miles on them.
-205/40/17 Toyo Proxes on the front with 85% tread
-205/40/17 Falken ES on the back with 60% tread

INTERIOR
--------------------
-Full dark gray interior
-All panels from the belt line up were dyed black as well as sun visors
-Headliner recovered in black suede
-OEM dark gray rear cargo cover
-OEM Power Window retrofit with Alcantera covered armrests (in factory color).
-Viper alarm with power locks
-Evil Autostyle LED gauge cluster (beautiful, like a lexus). Fuel/temp not installed, but included.
-OEM Civic Si cluster included with odometer set to original chassis miles
-2001 Honda S2000 Steering wheel, MINT, with fully functioning horn and airbag (OEM steering wheel also included)
-Civic Si armrest and lower console w/cup holders

AUDIO
----------------
-Alpine CDA-xxxx head unit
-Diamond Audio component speakers in the doors (w/tweeters)
-Alpine 3-way 6x9 speakers in the hatch
-Alpine 4 channel amplifier powering the interior speakers
-4AWG wire to amp.
-Pre-wired for subwoofer amp (power/ground/remote and RCA's)

EXTERIOR
--------------------
-PPG Brilliant White paint. This is THE BRIGHTEST white you can buy from PPG. It will blind you in direct sunlight after a fresh wax.. seriously, it almost hurts to look at, it's so bright. It has a few nicks and scratches here and there but is definitely an above average job. The rear bumper has some fuel staining as well as the lower portion of the hatch but it's not bad enough that I can even pick it up with the camera. A good detailer should be able to buff it out.
-Shaved moldings and emblems
-CWest replica body kit (front, sides, rear) fits as good as you can get a cheap replica to fit
-Black housing headlights with HID's installed.
-OEM Red/white taillights

You will not find a cleaner. lower mileage EK hatch that has all the options this car has. I paid $10,000 for it less than one year ago, and have put over $2500 into it.

I'm asking $9,000. Here are pics, if you need more of something specific, just ask. I'll update with motor/interior shots in the future.

It was the best $150 I've spent on the car

Really, it makes the interior feel much more luxurious, and it's one of those things you see EVERY TIME you're in the car.

That, and the S2000 steering wheel are my favorite mods.. totally changes the driving experience when you don't have a stock school-bus steering wheel, yet still have a functioning air-bag.

Do you think there would be more interest if it didn't have the body kit?

I'm thinking about keeping it until January or so... I can throw stock bumpers, fog lights, etc on it.

Bump. Tomorrow I'm putting in an Exedy stage one clutch disc to replace the sprung 6-puck that's in there. Much more driveable, but the car will come with both. I'll try to get some more pics, but we'll see. Not in a hurry to sell.

Looking for EG hatch with A/C + cash for trades.

$8800 for the car with no stereo. The stereo sounds great, but it's not the end-all be-all. The deck and amp are at least 3 years old.

I'll see what I can do today. It's supposed to rain this afternoon and the car is already dirty, so it's not getting washed today.

The bumpers are replicas. They fit decent, but definitely could be better.

The shave, however, is awesome.

I saw this yesterday when buying seats from the OP. Loved the car, the white was BRIGHT. Motor swap looked good (GSR motor looks big in that bay) and car was clean all around. Bump for a great, professional seller.

I have a friend that is interested. He just signed up for HT so he is limited to his posts or whatever. His email is Rue2017@yahoo.com . He would like you to send pictures of the motor and the interior.
