Default the little filter on the valve cover is it good or bad?

alright so i bought 1999 honda civic hatchback it came with a d15b motor in it. my dad it should pick up quicker. we had this filter installed one time on a coupe we had but it shut off when in neutral. and one other question after market clutch like a act stage 2 with flywheel package thats what the guy said. when i first drove it. it was hard to take off normal. is this normal on aftermarket clutch. i had to rev around 2200 thanks for any input

I'm having trouble translating what you're saying, please rephrase.

You bought a coupe with a d15b? Your aware this is a motor out of an older car correct? Someone did alot of work to convert it to obd1 instead of just using another d16. Anyways just making sure you were aware of this.

The filter is a valve cover breather. At least that is what I think your talking about. Alot of people run them. It better to run a catch can but either way it keeps the oil sludge out of your intake. Not good for the environment though.

Alot of after market clutches are a little harder to engage. They are made to handle more tq and usually the pressure plate is "stronger" After a while you can get use to it. I don't even notice mine anymore.
