When people usually buy 5 lug, it comes with everything, including the front forks, which makes it easier to swap on. As for the axles, if you want to reuse your stock ones, you'd have to use the 36mm outer and the 32mm inner. If your not wanting to go that route, try some websites like jdmtheory, for the axles.

the forks are the same just get jdm 36mm axles the only way to use your stock 32mm axles is to convert yours to 36mm outers, or get us hubs, get new bearings, and use yous stock knucks and throw the jdms away

Do you just HAVE to have the original parts off of an ITR, or would you settle for ITR size brakes, better calipers and still be 5 lug?

You can piece together a better brake system than the OEM ITR using Integra, Prelude, CRV and Acura Legend parts, the acura legend parts being the dual piston calipers.

Mac do you have the details on what you'd need to build a 5 lug setup?

Here's a compilation of links and misc info I compiled on it.

So you want more braking power from your integra without having to shell out $1200 for a big brake kit? Heres your chance to upgrade to a 11.1" disc with 2 piston calipers and bigger brake pads. So you have more fiction with the bigger pads, more clamping force with bigger calipers and more leverage on the wheel with bigger rotors, which makes for an impressive upgrade.

Ok first of all you need:

- 11.1" rotors - Brembo blanks redrilled from a prelude vtec(94-96), accord V6 wagon(96-97), or a Type R. I believe any honda 11.1" rotor will work(RSX-S, TL, etc) but Ive been told the offset isnt right and you would have to grind more from the caliper. You will also need to get the rotor redrilled to 4X100 in order to fit on the integra(no honda that i know of with an 11.1" rotor has the 4X100 lug pattern). I believe the new EP3 (only 02-03s I think) are a 11.1" rotor w/ 4 lug.

- Calipers - $120-200 depending on condition etc, the 94-95 legend GS 2 pistons work great, the NSXs are prettier with the NSX in the side of them, but they are actually smaller 40mm and 34/36mm pistons...depending on year model) vs the legends at 42 and 38mm. Ofcourse the ITR has the 1 piston setup.

- Brake fluid - $varies As always when you do your brakes(new pads or otherwise) you will need a bottle of brake fluid.

You will need to grind off material on the new caliper mounting bracket(no matter if you get the ITR, Legend or NSX calipers). I took an angle grinder to mine, but any sort of sanding or grinding tool should work. Grind the mounting bracket on the back side of the caliper(as seen in #2 and #3). You will more or less grind the lip off(that is circled on #3) so that it is flush with the rest of the bracket.

You can either bolt the Left caliper on the right side and the Right on the left, so that the bleeder nut is pointed up(its backwards because on the legend the caliper was actually on the backside of the wheel vs the front). If you dont do this, then you will need to place something in the caliper to hold it open, then go ahead and bleed it off before you place it on the car. Once it is upside down you will NOT be able to bleed off the air in the line because it raises to the top and the bleeder is on the bottom(thus your brakes will feel squishy).

This is using Australian delivered Honda parts- The v6 accord seems to have the exact same brake specs as the ITR and the Prelude VtiR.

I have recently up graded my stock 10.5 inch JDM SiR brakes for 11.1inch brakes off an Accord. The brake discs and callipers were the exact same as those of a type R integra. I just had to redrill discs and shave 1.4mm off the brake calliper mounts.
Well after spending 4 hrs in a honda parts warehouse I have these useful tips.

Honda HRV (mini SUV) front hubs (5 stud) press straight in to the honda civic knuckles and make the disks and calipers from the HRV (same part numbers as CTR/ITR) a bolt on proposition.

Honda accord prelude rear hubs will go onto the civic if you extend the factory stub axle with a screw on extension. An extension allows you to bolt on the accord/prelude 5 stud hub disc and calliper. Again the same specs as ITR.

Hope this helps people comtemplating the swap.

Most cost effective is to just bolt on the redrilled accord front disks and shave some off the calliper bracket (1.4mm).

I want to do it for the following reasons:
16x7 5x114.3 Regas
16x7 5x114.3 RG's
900+ for used "JDM" conversion.

I just want to build a working 5 lug with new parts. And if I could do it cheaper and with better brakes, thats even better.

Well the above info can get you better brakes for cheaper and nobody will know the diff.. save for the calipers.

You just won't be " True" JDM. You'll be a poser

Which is ok. You'll have bigger brakes and have less dough invested than them too.. WHich in my eyes, means your SMARTER.
