i have 91 accord wagon and im swaping a h22 in it, i bought 16" rota circut 10 wheels. which would be the best tire/size for performance and gripping?

 

Its hard to say "best" tire. Its all relative. What do you plan on doing with the car? As for tire size, I would suggest a 205/55R16. The actuial tire will depend on what you want to use the car for.

 

pretty much 1/4 mile, possibly highway racing. i just need well thought out suggestions. any at all on brand and stuff?

 

i have kumho escta 711's i like them. but i liked my kumho escta asx's alot better.

but my friend has nitto neo-gens on his eclipse and they are GREAT tires. Id call mine good tires. Pay for what you get.

Bridgestone potenza's are badass tires as well.

 

I work for a bridgestone/firestone garage, so I am obliged to recommend out tires.

Bridgestone Potenza Re750's are a very good dry handeling tire, and the treadwear isnt too bad either.

Bridgestone Potenza G009 - Very cost effective, and great handeling and water displacement.

OR, theres always BF Goodrich Drag Radials. Amazing DOT legal street drag tire, the only downfall is poor treadwear for daily driving.
