Default 1998 V6 Accord build

I'm looking for a good build for a V6 1998 Accord. Forced induction or naturally aspirated. I want around 350HP. I have never built a tuner before only the old muscle cars. Any help would be great, Thanks.

3.5L swap and forced induction = 400+ HP

I also want a stick, would it be smarter to just get a new Accord with a stick V6 or do a tranny swap. I know the 1998 Accords auto are straight junk. Will that 3.5 bolt right in or what kinds of mods would I have to do? Thanks again.
