Hello I'm new here and I thought that I would share with you my recent find. I'm having trouble uploading some pics but anyway I picked up a 1991 Honda Civic Si hatchback for $50. It has full interior that is in very good shape, the paint is pretty good with the exception of the roof. The motor threw the number one rod through the block but I have already ordered another motor. I will get pics up as soon as possible.

well I didn't really rip anyone off. I got the car at an auction and I was the only one that bid on it. I found some service records in the car and all of the following are less than a year old.
-brakes (all of them)
-rear drums
-p/s rear wheel bearing
-si transmission
-factory clutch assembly
-new axles

I'm going to put another D16A6 back into it a do a mild build (pistons, rods, bearings, and some head work) and turbo it. I have considered selling but I've always wanted one of these, and to find one in decent condition and really cheap, I'd just shoot myself later for selling it. But any advice on what parts to use in the motor with a turbo in mind would be appriciated. I'm going to put the suspension back under it a roll it out of the garage and wash and wax it. then i'll get some good pics of the whole car on here.
