Default Honest opinions of Rota Slipstreams

Who is using these wheels on their R's and how do you like them. I need to know if they are reliable for both daily driving and autocross events. I
m considering them for my R but want to make sure they are not very weak when it comes to daily driving and the occasional pothole that always seems to be unavoidable. Thanks for the help guys.

Ask Dave (01_Yeller_ITR) about pot holes and curbs with rota's

Craig - Who watched both front wheels leave the ground when dave jumped a curb... things are straight as sin and no marks at all

they work fine. 6 months and about 8K miles daily driven, 1 track event and 2 autocrosses on lovely SE VA streets and they are fine.
IMO the attacks look better though.

Biggest pothole I've hit yet.. enough for the wheel to go all the way in and SLAM the fug back out.. setup:

15" Rota Slipstreams
195-50-15 S03s
450lb/in front springs
600lb/in rear springs

Damage: Slight paint chip in rear right. Nothing else. Hit the pothole at 70-80mph or so driving back from expo.. also curbed both front, curbed the left two at 45mph, hit other potholes.. very slight bend from the 45mph curbing..

I am VERY impressed with the S03's as well, I've had P700-Z's blow out at 15mph in a much smaller pothole on much weaker springs.

MI had the WORSE, followed by ohio and kentucky.. it was on the ohio/kentucky border that had the HUGE pothole on I-75..

Yeah MI is by far the worst. I was there last weekend for street dreams and had the option of hitting all the potholes or swerving and hitting the crackheads. I hit the crackheads.
