I need some help with my del sol, i dotn have any lights and on my gauges too. my battery was dead so some one gave me a jump but they did something wrong and they connected the + to the - on their battery ... and it was like that for about 1 minute and the jumper cables started smoking.. i guess something burned but i dont know what.. it looks like all the fuses are ok.. can anybody tell me what else it could be? everything else is working its just the lights.. thanks

 

it has to be a fuse if everything else works fine. pull out the fuse under your dash for instrument panel that should be it.

 

did you check the fuses under the hood ?

 

i talked to a a guy who was welding something on his car and used his car for the ground and he fried some sensors in his car. not saying that is what happened but you should beware. never let anyone touch your car unless its a fine chick or a skilled tuner.
