Default How to Disable Daytime Running Lights on '98 Teg?

I don't know if the Stateside cars have this from factory, but on my Canadian '98 there are daytime running lights that come standard. Is there any way of disabling them without having to cut any wires?

I agree. I had my car set-up so that if the car was running the fog-lights were always on. Sorta like DTRL's.
