so..in my crx i got the h22 going. i took it out on a semi main street 1st thru 3rd pull back into my garage and start it up again... and my timing belt let loose...so...od u think my valves are bent?? and now...should i switch to a manual timing belt tentioner?? instead of the hydro one? also this was the first past on my motor. ive put 3 miles on it

 

Do some cylinder leak down tests, or just do some compression tests.

my sister blew the timing belt on a sohc accelerating on an on-ramp. motor turn out to be perfectly fine.

 

**** with my luck...its all bad lol. im just trying ot find a F series one or a h23 one... help!!! pulls hard though!!! very impressed
