Default Intake leaking coolant

My intake Manifold is leaking coolant from a perticular rubber line... its a D16Y7 the perticular line runs with the pcv line by the fuel rail then drops to a fitting just below. it almost looks like a vacume line? and it only does this when the coolant is at operating temp.

Think a new hose clamp would fix this?
Keep in mind i just did a headgasket swap as well, so im thinking maybe the hose clamps are just old and weak, since i reused some of them

i would take the leaking line off & match it up @ a parts store. chances are that it'll be the vacuum line sized rubber hose.
