Rear Damper Mounting Bolt
Im installing new shocks and springs on my 88 crx. I got one rear done but the Rear Damper Mounting Bolt on one side i cannot get out for the life of me. I can tighten it up all i want but it will only loosen so far then just spin in place
. After about 2 full turns i realized it wasnt moving anymore just spinning i stoped. Anyone know a way to get this **** out or am i SOL and going to have to cut it out
Thanks in advanced,
Mondo

You're talking about the shock hat bolt, the single centered bolt on top of the shock? If it's spinning the best way to get it off is by way of impact, either the type you hit with a hammer or, better yet, pneumatic impact.
