obd1 gsr harness with h22 dizzy?

obd1 gsr harness with h22 dizzy?
hey guys my friends and i are fnishing up a h2b swap in an integra... but cant seem to get a spark. my question is we hooked up the gsr harness to the dizzy but is there some re wiring that needs to be done?
