For a 99 CRV? Its 9:6:1 Compression Ratio.

anything is good for it. i'd use the cheapest nes if its just a DD and not a racer

I just looked it up in ALLDATA here at school...

For the record and anyone searching this same answer the B20Z takes 86 octane or higher...
