Default car acts stupid while driving

my car acts stupid after i drive it for 5 min, when i start it its like a champ, but when i'm cruising slowly in it suddnly its starts to bog like there's no fuel in it, or fuel is not reaching the engine, i checked the fuel pressure gauge, its like 15psi and it should be 35, i'm running a turbo d15b vtec, i thought the fuel pump (walbro255hp) is not getting enough power so i changed the whole wiring for a better quality wires, ran great yesterday, but today it started again, but when i turn off the car and start it again, it works fine like nothing happen, but just wait five minutes of driving at normal speed limit it does the same thing again.

whats the problem?! fuel filter maybe?! timing?!

we have seen the same problem on several cars with the walbro pump - appears the filter screen on the end of the pump collapses and won't let the pump pick-up fuel - probably were fake "Walbro" pumps and the filter didn't fit like the one on the OEM pump

i had the same problem before with the dizzy, but i'm not in limp mode and i dont have code 4, pressure gauge keep falling from 35psi to 15psi, something wrong with the pump or wiring, or cuz of the heat
