richmond spool problems?

has anyone besides me stripped the splines inside a richmond spool before? just curious i havent heard of anyone other than me but im sure someone has.

its no biggie, johnny at richmond was hella cool. looks like i gotta yank it out and then send it in. im guessing the likelihood of me getting a new one is good.
