hey guys...replacing the axles in my friends 95 hatch with b16. the passenger side will not go in..i know there a little bit of a pain, but i cant seem to get it push all the way in. it goes in about half way.. iduno if its the clip and maybe it needs to be crimped a bit more or its just me and i cant seem to get it lined up right. i just had the old axles out and back in last week but i cant seem to get the new one installed. its the right axle and threds are okay..if anyone has some ideas to help let me know, its getting me pretty frustrated and i dont have any more cardboard boxes in my garage to beat up..so any ideas will be helpful..thanks

 

the clip might be bent a little or something, make sure it is straight first. you can out a little bit of grease on it to hold it in place while your putting it on.

 

Peice of wood and a rubber mallot. keep trying to line it up, axles often will not go in easy, you gotta man-handle them.

 

i got it!!! man what a pain..what i had to do was swap the clips at the end of the axle splines..and it went it like nothing..thanks for you inputs
