Default PR4 ECU + D16Z6??

I know the PR4 wires up after switching to OBD1 but... it has no Vtec, will the motor still run strong? Will it run at all? Anyone know people who alter ECU's? Anyone hear of Vtec PR4's?

They make obd0 and obd1 pr4s. The pr4 is for a b18. You'll be dumping way too much fuel, it may or may not even crank. And when you do get it to crank, you'll be burning really really rich. You should just try to find the ecu that goes with that motor, which would be a p28.
