Default Help a Noob.....Safe a Life

Yes...its true....i may be the most qualified noob on this website.
Just picked up a 94RS w/ 207k miles....Got it for super cheap.

Question is....what do i do know????
I know a few routes i could go.....but i need a dailydriver, NA, fast, cheap, ya know......

If anyone could slap some recommendations it would be much appreciated.
also prices???? i got alittle cash

remember:: dailydriver, emission passing, sleeper::
much love for the whole community

What I would do is....
Timing belt, unless you know the engine's history (preferably with documentation.)
Water pump and tensioner while your there.

After that I would find a cheap ls block to build a LS/Vtec while still daily driving. Build well, tune, and maximize weight loss for performance.

NA, fast, and RS don't go in the same sentence

edit: unless you are a NA civic guy, in which case RS's are ungodly fast
