crower cam shafts on .25 over itr pistons

crower cam shafts on .25 over itr pistons
ok so my car is almost done and i heard that the crower stage 2 camshafts are to big for the .25 over itr pistons to handle, is that true? what can i doo about this matter what should i do when i take my car to get tunned!!!
