1990 Honda Accord Stock .. Upgrade?
Ok i have a 90 honda accord 4 cyl. and i was wondering is someone could give me some tips on building acceleration and power.. I know about the cold air intakes and headers and exhaust. so please no posts on them.. But i was looking for a cheap way to add power besides those. maybe something i can do myself
well I dont know if you can do this yourself but how bout motor swap, nos, cams, pistons. thats the next step up from basic bolt ons.

with basic bolt-ons that really wont be necessairy, more fuel or spark wont be a must.

if its has non sythetic oil you have been using this whole tym you've had it , switching might mess up your seals. But ripping out the ps, ac that and A carbon fiber hood, and some junk out the engine bay that will give you some tq gain

Like what “BlUAc” said. Get a cheap motor swap. That’s like your best bag for your buck. Example, you can always swap in a F22B (JDM DOHC 2.2 non-vtec prelude) motor. My friend found one for about $500 and did the swap by himself on his CB7. If you buy new intake/headers/ and exhausts, that’s almost the same price as this used F22B motor and can get you wayyy more HP then those 3 bolt-on. Aight, laters.
