I have a Boosted LS motor, and it was running and sounded good until earlier tonight. When i step on the gas and u can hear the turbo spool, i hear a "ticking" type noise while u hear the spool. I am thinking that its my pass. side axle because its bad, and i have to replace soon, and i think that is what is clicking? or is it valves or w.e?

Second, im smoking out of the downpipe white smoke.. i say its the Headgasket, but buddies of mine say its my rings because they smell oil. I AM leaking oil from the back of the block where the sensor is and whatnot, and i think they smell oil because the oil is burning off the motor. Ive searched the Headgasket, and Piston ring threads, but they dont help me and confuse me, so i wanted to see if any of yall can just tell me straight up whats wrong. Thanks.
