I took this head off of my '94 LS to replace it with another head. This head needs new valve stem seals, as it uses oil. Other than that, compression is spot-on, so the valves seats are fine. It has approximately 120k miles on it and does NOT come with the distributor. It comes with everything else BUT the distributor - it comes with cams, valve cover, all moving assemblies, etc.
