yesterday i was look over everything on my car because i was going to take it to the track this weekend. so i notice that my timing belt was about one or two teeth off so i fix it and now its very slow starting off, but once i pass 2500 - 3000 it starts to pick up speed quicker can anyone tell me whats going on??

i did my timing three times and its the same thing

 

Maybe tensioner is loose and its moving off slowly.
