Can you swap factory tachs in CRX cluster
I have a stock DX cluster with a tach that acts up every now and then. I also have a ZC cluster that I picked up cheap but it didn't have the plugs. I don't really want to read KPH anyway. Can the ZC tach be removed from that cluster and put in the DX cluster.

I can pretty much garantee it won't fit. you would not believe how much different clusters are underneath the faces. I have even seen 2 matching gauges out of 2 matching cars and they were different internally???? the chances of fitting one from the ZC are slim to none. but hey yuo'll never know for sure till you see for yourself

88-89 Work with eachother. 90-91 for the rest. The covers have to be of that year aswell.
I know there are SOME wiring differences in the earlier ones, but I would plug it in and try!
