how hard would it be to install a turbo kit on a 98 v6 accord. ifound one on ebay but i dont know how good it is and if i can do it alone or need a specialized shop to do it. thankyou
i did my turbo setup with a lot of help from my friends, but also there is a lot more aftermarket support and information on the internet for mine(94 with an f22b1). i want to say hks did a turbo v6 accord... maybe you could find some information and pictures of that to help you out.
It is not that difficult and the HKS setup was not that nice. If you can find a shop close to you that can fabricate then they should easily be able to make a manifold. Then you will have to make all the I/C piping and then have some management such as emanage to tune it. It is not that hard to do, but you need some experience in that area before you try it.
This isn't directly related to your turbo setup but i figure ill throw the question out there
Will the trans hold up to the extra power? (since im assuming you still have the stock auto...)
