i have a 96 honda civic sedan
The rear windows only go up.
when i checked the switches i had power in the up pos., and barely anything in the down pos. and the master switch does'nt work the rears at all.
So simple.. its the switches .. nope. got all new switches. both rear doors and the front master switch. still the same problem.
so right now im digging into wiring diagrams trying to figure this out, but i wanted to see if anyone had experienced this problem and has or knows of the fix for it.

i bet you,you dont have a good ground or that your tracks are rusted and old and there not working right

 

im looking for the ground.

there is nothing wrong with the tracks. everything greased and good.
