Default Why the hell wont the bolt go through the rear motor mount?

I'm swapping in a 96-98 jdm b16 into my 98 civic and for some odd reason the bolt on the rear motor mount doesn't want to start threading in and the engine looks a little crooked but there is no way to make it straight, can someone please help me!!!

use a motor lift and just attach the chain to the back of the motor and lift slightly tilting the motor forward. Most likely the motor is just not lining up properly. Good luck.

are the other mounts attached yet? if yes loosen them up as much as you can without removing and then try to get the bolt in again. i had a similar problem, even jacked up the engine and still nada. loosened mounts and then rebolted them all evenly and then it worked.

Long breaker bar sometimes does the trick, move the engine in place.
