Default Bad Radiator Fan Rattle - Should I replace motor or whole fan?

I had my car checked out about a month ago, I brought it in cause it sounded like the passenger side radiator fan was loose.. but they said it just needs a new fan cause the bushings are bad.

Well I have put it off, and now the rattle is really bad, but my question is, would the bushings alone cause a rattle? It almost sounds like the fan may be touching somewhere? Should I just replace the whole fan and motor, or just the motor?

And is the fan on the passenger side any different from the one on the drivers side? As in the motor? Do I need a special motor, or can I just get a Radiator fan motor from eBay?

Will this work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...71090

Is there really any difference between the driver and passenger side fan? I think the one I linked too will work for the passenger side, it looks right.

I know they are different, but when purchasing a new fan and stuff, does it matter? One shroud is different than the other..
