Default It seems my hybrid has gone into limp mode and wont come out.

I have just finished my swap of a b16 a1 into my eg hatch.

When i first started the car it ran fine but had a check engine light. I pulled the code and it showed Throttle position sensor. I figured all was well because the car ran fine. The next day, today, i registered the car and drove it to the exaust shop. It ran fine the entire way there. I had my exaust installed. As i drove home i got about 10 minutes away and the car began to cut out when i held the throttle steady driving down the highway. As i pulled off into town the rpms only dropped to 1500 then as i pulled away from the light the car would not rev above 3500 RPM. It was rev limited by the computer for some reason. I took the car home and tried to pull the codes. When i connected the jumper the check engine light simply stayed lit didnt flash any codes. I went through all of my wiring and it is all fine. I disconnected the battery for about 2 hrs, made no difference.

Would a throttle postion sensor put the car into limp mode?
Any ideas on what i could do to pull the codes or reset the ecu?
