Default Turbo Kits

im gonna turbo 04 coupe pretty soon... i was thinking of buying this one from procivic.com and was wondering if anybody can link me a better turbo than this one... or is this a good one?

It's a decent kit, but with your stock plastic intake manifold, you're quite limited on how much pressure you can run.

Nobody sells one. You'll have to get a D16Y8 manifold and modify it, or have it modified, to mount a D17 throttle body to it.

I don't know if it'll clear the firewall, but it's a nice manifold.

Would you be alright with it, or would it pose big problems down the road

If you kept it at 6psi or so, you'll probably be able to stick with it for a long time.

check out http://www.civicforums.com and their Forced Induction/Swap/Nitrous section. Their FAQ has a review for this kit from andyman. You could also look up users reviews of the TSI kit.

ya i know that but is it alot of work to make the d17 throttle body fit? sorry i wasnt more clear with my previous post

It'll require some TIG welding, and then some boring with a Dremel or something like it.
