Default Less frustrated with swap

Before anyone tells me to search I have looked everywhere for answers(different sites too)I have been working on putting an 93 ls motor in my 90 Si for at least 2 months now and have yet to see anything that has given me hope of a successful swap. I started off trying to convert the motor from obd-1 to obd-0 with no avail(i had the obd0 parts lying around). So I decided to buy the rywire obd conversion harness I repinned the distributor and soldered the connections for the 4 wire o2 and the one wire knock. I had spark when I had the older dizzy on it and now after repinning the obd1 dizzy I have nothing. I have switched the 2 white wires around and still nothing. I am using the si harness on the motor too. the motor ran when I took it out of my teg but I cannot get it to fire in the si chassis. I am lost at the moment and would appreciate any help you can give me.

when using the si harness everything should be plugged in except 1 plug behind the manifold.

I finally think I have the wiring taken care of. the only thing I am having a problem with is I am getting no spark, I have replaced the cap and rotor and everything was fine when I pulled it. I have checked my grounds as well(one of the first things I made sure was right when I put the motor in) and still nothing. any ideas?

I found out that there was no bulb in the cluster for the check engine light so I put one in and I have a steady cell, does that mean my ecu is toast or could it be anything else? if it is toast what would be my options for replacing it?
