Default Im Worried...never had it happen before

so i was cleaning my engine at the car wash cover up the things i needed to cover up go to start it afterwords and it idles way OFF...it's like bubbubuuubuuub couldnt rev it to 2K water was in the plug holes...i dont think any got into the engine though...but it's still idling wierd..

you have to dry everything completely out.

Thats why when you wash your engine bay you cover up all connections, and all that good stuff...

got it runnin like a champ now.
let it dry...sounded like a wrx for a little bit though. lol
changed out the distributer cap and rotor, new plugs and fixed the timing.

powering washing could also push water into places in the engine you didnt think were possible

had the same problem. know what you talking about when you say it sounds like a wrx. got my car running back to normal by changing the spark plugs and spark plug wire.

water must got the inside of the sparks plugs , found that out today too. gotta dry that **** all out before your car starts to wiggle. take each one out and wipe the inside and dry it out all the way out.
