Default Wheel decision 17's or 18's????

cant make up my mind on what size i wanna do. i have the wheels picked out

i just cant decided on what size to do.

if i did an 18 i would do 215-40-18 cause im dropped on sportlines and dont wanna rub

if i do 17's im gonna do 215-45-17's

so what do u think i should do and why?

It depends on the car. With an Accord or an '01 or newer Civic, you can get 18" tires whose outer diameter is the same as stock, so they won't rub or sap acceleration. I wouldn't get 18" wheels on an Integra, CRX, del sol, or '00 or older Civic, since the tires would need to be bigger than stock, with all of the consequent disadvantages.

What kind of car is this for?

17's are the absolute biggest I would buy for a Honda car. Anything larger looks pointlessly over-sized.

My hatch, tucking some 18's a while back. (on 215-35-18)

don't think I would rock 18's now.
