I currently have a spare LS short blocking sitting around and wanna swap the internals onto a B18C block. Is it possible to use the LS/B18B crank, rods, pistons, and rod bearings on the B18Cs? Would this give me the LSVtec setup?

 

yes, use ls rod bearings and p30 pistons or modify small end of ls rods to fit gsr/itr pistons. crank counterweights will have to be very slightly trimmed to clear oil squirters. i have done several of these with great results.
