I know i saw a picture of one on a 01 i beleive on honda-tech, but couldnt find it, already tried searching.
Any opinions on wings, type r wings, are wings too ricey??
I can get one painted shipped and installed for $336.
Im kinda hesitant to have to drill holes in my trunk though, let me know what you guys think

You can find OEM style or Type-R style spoilers online. I've found sellers letting them go for $150 painted to match and shipped to your doorstep. Type R wings don't look clean in my opinion.. go OEM style. They are blow molded ABS plastic, try eBay. You can always install it yourself, as they usually come with templates for drilling.

You really need to ask that? Slow Civic + Wing = purest example of rice imaginable.

 

IMO, the OEM wing doesn't look ricey at all.

wow, this is a really mixed opinion. I definately understand your point about slow civic plus wing = rice, but ive seen some pictures of clean civics with wings and they look nice.

i saw a white 7th gen the other day with the same spoiler. it looked good but not my taste. it was an 01-03.

i think my 04 looks better.

 

I think if an EM2 must have a wing, it should be the OEM optional one:

No, not necessarily, i just like to get others opinions that know more then i do and see what they think, is that a problem

 

anyone know if the dc2 wing on the yellow 4dr is oem?
