You have to upload the picture to a publicly-accessible website, and then use a link to that site in your post.
BTW, you should be more specific in the title of any topics you create, so that people will know what they're about without having to open them. "how" doesn't cut it.

After you have hosted your pictures on photobucket for example. Right click on the picture and copy the images url. Then hit the insert image button on the toolbar. Insert the picture's url in-between the brackets. ]placeurlhere[
