Getting into a 1995 honda Accord
start bashing your trunk. Trunk is hard to get into. Either somehow you try to break into your own car. I think towing company or key service will do the job without wrecking your own car.

AKA I hope you know how to take the door panel apart and fix all the damage they did in the process with their slimjim! Not all, but most cops are completely incompetent in the art of unlocking vehicles. Approach at your own risk.
I second the AAA approach. Also look into whether your insurance covers it. Depending on your coverage they'll cover like $75 twice a year or something similar.
