overheating problem 97 Honda Accord EX V6
I just moved to colorado springs. My car has been starting to overheat in the afternoons as I drive home, I don't know if all the hills may have something to do with it. The gauge goes to about 60-70% while idling at a light and then back down to about 45% when I start moving again. Normally it never goes above 35%ish. I added antifreeze today because I saw it was low in the reservoir but after I drove home, the reservoir was still full.
Forgot to add it has 165K miles, drove here from virginia about a month ago w/ no issues, but I had the oil changed and radiator flushed before I left.

well adding antifreeze seemed to help a little but today it did it again. is anyone on here from the colorado springs area that could suggest a good honest mechanic?
Thanks
