Hey Kyle,

Roughly 3ft from end to end on the 450 with 2.5" in/out. If you need anything bigger let me know as well, I think we've got some nice 500 & 600HP ones at a good price (if any are left )

Can't say you'd be able to keep the rebar if you wanted to keep the bumper untouched!
