The problem can be from several things:
1) Try to exchange the bulb (right to left, left to right). If the problem is also shifted (dim in the right, bright in the left), then your left bulb (the bulb that is dim) is not good anymore. Usually when the bulb is boken, you should change both side (one pair).
2) Maybe your left head light reflector is dirty or broken.
3) There is something problem w/ your left wire set, check the ground wire. If the problem still exist, try to use relay cable set. Usually it will solve the problem.

well...you surely have a wire connection problem. I think it is because of the bad ground connection. For me, if I still can not find where the bad ground connection that cause the problem, I will buy a relay set wire. It contains three or four relays with several wires connect to them. So instead of the original wire connect to the bulb, it connects to the relay set, then the relay set will connect the bulb directly to the battery. I hope you understand what I am trying to explain here. If I can give you pictures, it would be more easier for me to explain.

you can buy it in the store that sells accessories for the car (ex. fog lamp, after market lamp, security alarm, after market siren, etc). If you are still confused, I will try to take a picture of that thing, and post it next time. But my suggestion, if you already buy it, have the technician installed it for you, if you don't understand how that thing works (usually the store where you buy it will install it for you).

How does the connector look for the bulb. Is there any burn marks on it. Is it a tight connection. I see this all the time. Its either a bad ground or a piched wire in the circuit. It happens alot in older hondas. Have you put any aftermarket bulbs in the car lately
